Instruct in a mixture of martial arts (Boxing, Tae Kwon Doe, Aikido, wrestling, etc...) Other areas we will cover are: Body conditioning Mental conditioning Threat assessment This Class is for all ages, Male and Female. Parents/Guardians or welcome to participate with there kids.
